NRECA International seeks a consultant to provide business development skills (BDS) training to productive use of electricity (PUE) entrepreneurs in rural trading centers in Uganda. Typical PUE activities include grain milling, metal fabrication, cocoa drying, hair salons, tailors/seamstresses, and carpentry shops.

- Twelve (12) rural trading centers in BECS, KRECS, and PACMECS utility service territories
- Delivery of 5-day training session in each trading center
- Development of a training and engagement report
